Customer´s Reviews
"We hired Luc as a Dutch teacher for our non-Dutch colleagues. We have already prolonged the courses a couple of times because we are happy with his approach. The course helps our colleagues to integrate in our company and in Dutch society. From one of the students: “Luc has been a nice teacher for the group for a year. His friendliness creates a welcoming learning environment which puts everyone at ease. He also encourages participation and interaction.

"Luc is the most skilful language instructor I had, suitable to all levels, I do find his best excellence matching needy busy professionals aspirations. As a management consultant in McKinsey I needed flexibility with class scheduling and highest effectiveness during the lessons, all things Luc provided. Dutch is my fourth foreign language I learned with instructors' support and I waited to write this review after 100+h 1-to-1 class hours to ensure enough personal experience before providing my observations.

“I am really enjoying and understanding Dutch thanks to lessons with Luc! He’s very patient and makes learning a new language fun. Always open to questions and goes at a manageable pace. It’s making living in Amsterdam so much more enjoyable as I can now speak to the locals 🙂 “

“I've had a few lessons now and I'm very pleased with Luc. It's also good to be learning proper Dutch and not Flemish. His patience, clarity, and teaching skills are all appreciated. I'm pleased with my choice from the many tutors that are available all over the web..“

“Luc has a structured and organized method for teaching Dutch which I was missing with a previous tutor. I'm now understanding the grammar and spelling rules better and Luc makes sure my pronunciation is correct. My Dutch learning was very disorganized and random before so I feel like I'm making good progress now with Luc“

Course Structure
The lessons follow a structured Dutch course book. The appropriate book will be recommended depending on the language level of the participants. Working with a course book ensures clear progress and helps maintain good group cohesion.
Group Composition
For the best learning experience it is important that participants have a similar language level. HR departments can contact us to discuss the language levels of employees so that groups can be composed appropriately.
Why Dutch courses for my employees?
Investing in Dutch language training helps your international employees perform better, integrate faster, and communicate more effectively in the workplace.
Our courses focus on practical, business-level Dutch, so your team can confidently use the language in real work situations. This includes participating in meetings, writing professional emails, and communicating clearly with colleagues and clients.
By improving their Dutch, employees become more independent and less reliant on switching to English. This leads to smoother collaboration, fewer misunderstandings, and increased productivity across teams.
Language also plays a key role in inclusion and company culture. When international employees understand and speak Dutch, they feel more connected to their colleagues and more involved in daily interactions—both professionally and socially.
In addition, the lessons provide a relaxed and enjoyable environment where employees can learn together, share experiences, and build stronger relationships. This informal interaction strengthens team cohesion and contributes to a more positive and collaborative workplace.
The result? A stronger, more cohesive team that communicates effectively and works better together.
